Shipping Policy

SHIPPING
We will ship to the address provided so please double check the shipping address to make sure it's the correct address before you purchase. If you don't confirm your address and the package is sent back to us, you will need to pay for shipping again. Once we ship and provide the tracking number, it is beyond our control of any delays or missing packages. We highly recommend tracking your package as soon as you receive the tracking number and retrieve your package as soon as they're delivered to prevent loss or theft. We cannot take any responsibility for loss or theft once it is recorded as delivered. Please keep in mind that the days for your package to arrive is an estimation. We are not responsible for how the shipping carriers operate as it is beyond our control (short staffed, weather, etc).

IMPORTANT: Our items are shipped via standard shipping. If you would like this rushed and shipped out in 24 hours, there will be an additional cost for expedited shipping. This only applies on business days (M-F). Please contact us for details.

HAWAII & ALASKA CUSTOMERS: We are informed by the carriers that most of the time, shipping to Hawaii is delayed via standard shipping. We recommend Hawaii customers ship via priority, otherwise, it can get delayed 16 days or more. Please contact us for more details.
